Our menus are influenced by traditional Andalusian and modern European gastronomy.
We know that our customers will demand the best and our chef knows precisely how to respond to their demands and to exceed their expectations. What sets us apart and what sets our cuisine apart is the careful selection of locally grown produce.
Within our menus you will find hand-crafted olive oils, the coveted fresh tuna of Barbate or the incredible fruit and vegetables that are to be found almost literally on our doorstep. Avocados, seasonal wild mushrooms, garlic, vine tomatoes and capsicums are amongst the very freshest vegetables our chef has to hand. Taste orange juice at breakfast like no other - oranges that come from local groves producing a tree to glass experience – it simply could not be any fresher.
When we have to look beyond our location for the quality of products we require, we look to the very best suppliers. We look to the north and La Coruña for the best fish and to Carnicas Saenz in Vitoria for the very best meat to be found on the Iberian Peninsular.
Our culinary offers are naturally complemented by our excellent, well stocked cellar.
